Robert H. Sitkoff, the John L. Gray Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, has been named Chair of the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) drafting committee for an Act on Divided Trusteeship.

A retired chief justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Marshall is being recognized for her long-term contributions to advancing civil rights, civil liberties and human rights in the United States.

Professor David Wilkins was honored twice in July by academic societies in Spain. Wilkins is the Lester Kissel Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, as well as the director of the Program on the Legal Profession and Vice Dean for Global Initiatives on the Legal Profession.
