Online Transcripts Ordering

  • Placing a Transcript Order Online
    • Online Transcript Ordering System
    • Harvard Law School is now offering certified official electronic transcript delivery and will continue to offer official hard copy transcripts.
    • When using the online ordering system, electronic and hard copy transcripts are free of charge for current students or those students who have graduated within the last year. Please note that the number of free transcripts is limited to five (5) per calendar month.
    • There will be a $10.25 fee per official hard copy transcript copy for all other alumni. For electronic transcripts, there is an additional $1 processing fee in addition to the $10.25 fee.

  • Shipping Charges – Hard Copy Online Transcript Orders
    • Standard shipping – free of charge
    • At this time, we are unable to expedite orders.

Mail-in Transcript Requests

  • Transcript Ordering by Mail

    To order a copy of your Harvard Law School transcript by mail:

    • Download the Transcript Request Form
    • Fill out completely and sign
    • Send to: Harvard Law School, Registrar’s Office,1585 Massachusetts Avenue, WCC Suite 4007, Cambridge, MA 02138.
  • Transcript fee for mail requests
    • There will be a fee of $3.00 per official transcript copy for all current students or those students who have graduated within the past year.
    • There will be a $10 fee per official transcript copy for all other alumni.
    • Checks, money orders or cash are accepted. Checks should be made payable Harvard Law School.
  • Shipping Charges – Mail-In Requests
    • Standard shipping – free of charge
    • At this time, we are unable to expedite orders.

Online Unofficial Transcript for Current Students

  • Accessing Your Online Transcript
    • Only currently enrolled students may access a copy of the unofficial transcript in HELIOS.  This access expires upon graduation.
    • Log into HELIOS using your email username and password.

E-mail requests for transcripts cannot be honored, as a signature is required. For questions about transcript ordering, contact registrar@law.harvard.edu.
