Since 1984, Harvard Law School has been a leader in shaping immigration law and advancing the rights of immigrants and refugees. Through coursework and as part of the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program, Harvard Law students enjoy opportunities to learn about the rights of immigrants, participate in community lawyering, represent low-income immigrant clients fighting deportation and seeking legal status, and change the law through impact litigation and policy advocacy.
