Dissertation

City Power in the Digital Age: The Governance of City Data

My dissertation studies how and when cities request and manage the data collected by platforms as well as data they produce on their own, to foster different forms of local economic development and address some of the challenges and opportunities that the deployment of platforms represents for them.
