Cross-Border Speech: Free Trade in Free Speech, Wars of Words, and Antidotes to Populism

My dissertation will take insights from both international law and political psychology scholarship to evaluate how the cross-border speech of a variety of actors, with different purposes and in different fora, might be regulated in the modern interconnected world.
