The Harvard Journal of Law & Technology (JOLT) is accepting student author applications for Volume 38 from now until 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 15, 2024.
All student note submissions will be considered for an open topic award, and submissions examining AI systems will be considered for an additional award from the Artificial Intelligence Student Association (AIA). Both winners will receive $1,000 and the opportunity to publish with JOLT.
Submissions should engage with novel issues at the intersection of law and technology. Topics may include, but are not limited to, biotechnology, cybercrime, space law, entertainment and news media, comparative legal approaches to intellectual property, Internet law, and technology in the public interest. We encourage creative approaches!
