Submit your student writing to the Harvard International Law Journal’s Student Note Competition! The Deadline has now been extended to December 31, 2024 at 11:59pm!

The winner of the Competition for Volume 66(2) will be published alongside leading academics in international law. Successful Notes are engaging, make novel arguments, and are grounded in international or comparative law. Submissions should be between 8,000 and 16,000 words, including footnote citations. Only current HLS students or graduates one year out (J.D., LL.M., S.J.D., and visiting students) are eligible for the Competition.

To submit, send a Word version of your Note and a resume to studentnote.hilj@gmail.com with the subject line “Student Note Submission 66(2)” by December 1st, 2024.
