LIPP policies are reviewed annually and are in place to ensure the equitable disbursement of funding. All aid programs described in this web site depend on the availability and allocation of funds to support them. The Law School reserves the right to change the terms and guidelines for the various aid programs at any time in order to make the best use of funds available.

Beginning July 1, 2023, there are two LRAP programs administered by the LIPP Office. Graduates can choose either the traditional LIPP program or the PSLF-Based Plan. Graduates may not participate in the programs simultaneously nor can they switch from the PSLF-Based program into the traditional program, although they may move from the traditional program into the PSLF based program at any time.
