The Intelligence Project, a component of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, is seeking two research assistants to work with the Project’s senior fellows. The application deadline is November 10, 2023.
1) One research assistant will work alongside Senior Fellow Ellen McCarthy to collect and analyze data and conduct literature reviews in support of our project to establish a common lexicon, standards and measurements that will inform how to index, curate and publicize quality informant about key public policy issues (starting with election integrity.)
2) Another research assistant will work alongside Senior Fellow Paul Kolbe on topics relating to the Russia-Ukraine war. In particular, the research will focus on: (1) Black Sea policy, particularly regarding Freedom of Navigation and US maritime policy), and (2) the use of military contractors in Ukraine, with regard to US policy, and historical comparative cases.
