The winner of the Competition for Volume 66(1) will be published alongside leading academics in International Law.

Successful Notes are engaging, make novel arguments, and are grounded in International or Comparative Law. Submissions should be between 8,000–16,000 words, including footnote citations.

Only current HLS students or graduates one year out (J.D.s, LL.M.s, S.J.D.s, and visiting students) are eligible for the Competition.

To submit, send a Word version of your Note and a resume to studentnote.hilj@gmail.com with the subject line “Student Note Submission 66(1)” by July 1st, 2024.
