Professor Deborah Anker is seeking 2Ls to hire as Senior Research Assistants to work on Law of Asylum this Fall 2024, the leading treatise on asylum law in the United States. Professor Anker is a prominent advocate for asylees and refugees who has published her treatise for more than two decades.

Responsibilities: Researching and drafting substantive additions to the treatise based on recent developments in asylum law, managing other assistants’ cite checks and updates of out-of-date citations. Meeting regularly with Professor Anker to discuss substantive edits. Weekly time commitment is highly flexible, with approximately 120 hours of work to be completed between September and mid-January.
