Professor Guhan Subramanian is seeking a Research Assistant to help write a brief (1,000 – 3,000 word) entry on “Go-Shop Transactions” for the Palgrave Encyclopedia of Private Equity.
Taking Corporations previously or concurrently would be helpful background, though not essential. The project will be due in December 2023, although the deadline can be flexible as needed.
