Luis Moreno Ocampo, former Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, will be discussing a recent report he issued concerning Azerbaijan’s blockade of the Lachin Corridor in Nagorono-Karabakh (Artsakh), and how the blockade is considered a genocide that is being perpetuated against the 120,000 ethnic Armenians living there.
