Melissa SchoenackSenior Manager for Event Scheduling and Support
Melissa Schoenack is the Senior Manager for Event Scheduling and Support. She provides direction and support for events office staff in the execution of all on-campus events. Melissa also oversees strategic planning and improvements to the EMS scheduling software for HLS. She earned a Graduate Performance Diploma in Historical Performance at the Longy School of Music and earned a B.M. in Bassoon Performance, with minor in Medieval Studies, from the University of Oregon. Melissa is an avid board and video game connoisseur, as well as an active musician performing with many of the area's period instrument orchestras.
Meghan KueckerEvent Operations Supervisor
Meghan joined the Office of Event Scheduling and Support in June of 2018 as the Event Operations Supervisor. She oversees Harvard Law School event operations, troubleshoots issues and space conflicts, collaborates with campus service providers, and contracts space for Harvard University Affiliate & External clients. She is an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in assisting others in the event planning process to achieve a successful result! She has a BA in Communications and Music from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Rollins College in Orlando, FL. She enjoys traveling, shopping, painting, and trying new things. Fun Fact: Meghan is originally from Wisconsin and is a life-long Cheesehead!
Rhiannon McCarthySenior Events Operations Coordinator
As the Senior Event Operations Coordinator, Rhiannon coordinates HLS event logistics, HU Affiliate & External client space rentals, and communications initiatives for the Office of Event Scheduling and Support. She joined the Events Office in 2015 and enjoys helping the HLS community to plan and execute successful events on campus. She has a BA in English and Creative Writing from Wellesley College and a M.Phil in Popular Literature from Trinity College Dublin. In her spare time, she enjoys reading classic mystery novels and trying new recipes.

Kathleen McEachernEvent Operations Coordinator
Kathleen Tracy McEachern joined the office as an Operations Event Coordinator the spring of 2018. In her role, she assists in coordinating and scheduling student, faculty and Harvard affiliate events. Kathleen received her BA in Theatre from University of Alaska Anchorage and her MFA in Theatre from Florida State University/ Asolo Acting Conservatory. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, and a day at the beach.
Marie von KampenEvents Operations Coordinator
Marie is an Event Operations Coordinator and joined the Office of Event Scheduling and Support in 2018. She works closely with the Dean's Office, Human Resources, Law Library, Program on Negotiation, and student organizations to facilitate event logistics. Marie comes to HLS after more than a decade at the New England Conservatory of Music, where she was the Assistant Director of Performance Production Services. She is also a freelance production and stage manager in the Greater Boston area. Marie has a BA in Biology with a specialization in Marine Sciences from Boston University. In her free time, she runs a small business as a letterpress printer, is learning ceramics, and enjoys traveling adventures.
