Jacob will spend his fellowship year at Open Net in Seoul, working on litigation and research related to digital rights, online speech, and data privacy. At Harvard, he was an executive editor of the International Law Journal and conducted research assignments for Professor Laurence Tribe. He interned for a public defender’s office, an NGO representing refugees in asylum cases, and an impact litigation nonprofit advocating for voting rights in the U.S. territories. Prior to law school, he taught high school Latin and managed speech policies at Google. He holds a BA from Stanford University.
