PSVF Fellow: Maithili Milind Pai (LL.M. ’20)

Maithili will be spending her fellowship year with International Service for Human Rights in New York City, specializing in protection for human rights defenders. Prior to coming to HLS, she worked as a judicial clerk at the Supreme Court of India. At HLS, she worked at the International Human Rights Clinic, HLS Advocates for Human Rights, was Vice-President of the HLS Rule of Law Society and Articles Editors for the Harvard Human Rights Journal. She is passionate about gender, constitutional law and international human rights law.
