Previously, Fred was the General Counsel at Silver Point Capital, a Connecticut-based investment adviser focused on credit and special situations. From 2002-2004, he was a Managing Director and General Counsel at Ziff Brothers Investments, where he was responsible for all of the firm’s legal affairs.
