Frank Ernest Arnold Sander (1927-2018) served on the Harvard Law School faculty from 1959 to 2018. He was an Assistant Professor of Law 1959-1962; Professor of Law 1962-1981; Walter E. Meyer Research Professor 1978-1979; Bussey Professor of Law 1981-2006; Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law 1987-2000; and an Emeritus professor 2006-2018. He co-founded Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
