Deborah Heller Goldstein

In addition to being a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, Debbie Goldstein is a Lecturer on Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has also taught at Tufts University School of Medicine and Georgetown University Law Center.

She is the Managing Partner of Triad Consulting, a leadership development consulting firm, helping organizations and individuals have the conversations that matter most.

Debbie works domestically and internationally with clients in the profit, non-profit and government realms. Additionally, she is a requested speaker at top business and law schools.

She coaches executives through difficult decision making and managing critical relationships, and has helped mediate family business disputes. She serves on the board of directors of WBUR, the JCC of Greater Boston and Income Research and Management. In the public sector, she founded and ran a free legal aid clinic called LINC (Legal Initiative for Children) for the patients at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Chelsea outpost.
