OCS is offering virtual employer chats and a virtual Employer Resource Library as ways for employers to connect with HLS students in the spring 2021 semester.
Virtual employer chats begin March 8 and run through the end of classes in April. The suggested format of a chat is a 45-minute session that begins with a 15-minute overview of the firm followed by two 15- minute breakout sessions by geographic market where students are able to choose which breakout session(s) to attend. Employers may use their own video platform to host the chat session or request that OCS set up a zoom session and turn over hosting to a firm representative 15 minutes prior to the start of the chat.
Written or Video Materials
Firms may submit any written or video marketing materials to be uploaded to the Symplicity Employer Resource Library for students. We will accept materials on a rolling basis and upload to Symplicity at any time during the spring semester. To submit materials, please email them to email@example.com. *Please note that materials submitted in the fall 2020 semester have expired and have been removed from the library.

Please use the form below to request a date for an employer chat. Available dates begin on March 8. Please reference the HLS Employer Chats calendar below when selecting a date. Please note that calendar times listed below are in Eastern time. The calendar details black-out dates and will include approved chats on a rolling basis. Employers should sign up for one chat date only and have multiple office locations participate on that date if necessary.
Your event is not approved until you receive confirmation from OCS.

OCS will publicize chats and materials submitted to the Employer Resource Library. Publicity will consist of the following:
- A listing in Symplicity where students RSVP for events (for chats)
- A listing on the OCS events and the university calendar (for chats)
- Weekly posts on the OCS blog for students (for chats and resource library materials)
