ITS installs a remote support client (SplashTop SOS, aka “HLS Remote Support”) on every HLS owned computer so technicians can remotely connect to them to observe and resolve technical issues that users may encounter.

  • Quicker and more accurate resolution of issues by the ITS Service Desk
  • Quicker turnaround of software installation requests

User Requirements

  • Installation of HLS Remote Support client
  • User must be available to allow connection to their computer

Using This Service

Get this service

The HLS Remote Support client is pre-installed on HLS owned machines. If an HLS machine does not have this client please contact the ITS Service Desk for installation.
