User Requirements

Faculty and Staff: An HLS computer account is required to retrieve scanned documents from the I: drive. Computer must be connected to the HLS network.

Faculty and Staff, if your department doesn’t have a multifunction device or is interested in an upgrade, please contact Ricoh. The vendor and ITS will work to get your new device connected to the network and accessible from departmental computers.
