The Events and Space Management Service allows the HLS Community to view and book campus spaces for both academic and non-academic purposes.  It provides information on the features, capacity and availability of each individual space, as well as a calendar of currently booked events.  The service also allows users to request additional event-related services, such as audio/visual services, catering, publicity and special room set-ups.

Available To

  • Faculty, Staff and Students may use the service directly
  • Harvard affiliates and Non-Harvard audiences may request service through the Office of Events Scheduling and Support

  • Events Office Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Events Service Hours:  8:00am-10:00pm, Monday-Saturday , Sunday based on Events schedule (additional charges may apply)
