Technicians will provide a variety of audio and visual support for events, such as meetings, conferences, and seminars, taking place in select areas of the HLS Campus.

Faculty, Staff, Student Organizations, External groups

User Requirements

  • HLS faculty, staff, and students must request the service via the myrooms website at least 3 business days in advance of event.
  • External customers and Harvard affiliates should complete a  the service via phone or email at least 3 business days in advance of event.
  • For large events or conferences it is recommended that the service is requested a minimum of two weeks in advance of event.
