ITS keeps a record of all computers and printers deployed by ITS into the HLS environment.  Information on these computers includes model, purchase date, warranty expiration date, location, etc. These computers are assigned to a user or a department. Faculty and staff may request inventory information from ITS.

*Note:  Printers purchased before July 2014 may not be in the inventory

Standard Features

  • Allows ITS to keep track of replacements of primary user computers for all non-exempt departments, faculty, and faculty assistants
  • Allows ITS to know what a user has for troubleshooting purposes
  • Reports for exempt departments with details on age of their computers for replacement purposes

User Requirements

  • Username or serial number is required for ITS to retrieve the inventory information
