ITS manages all Centrex fax lines, including new requests, changes to existing lines, and repairs.

Please note that ITS does not provide the support for the physical fax machines. For Ricoh devices, customers should work directly with Ricoh to install, move, or remove the device. For other fax machines, customers should work directly with their desired vendor for purchase and maintenance. ITS will still need to be contacted to make necessary changes to the Centrex fax line.

ITS covers the cost of fax lines for faculty, faculty assistants, and unrestricted departments. Restricted departments will be billed annually for fax line fees and new jacks. Users are responsible for the cost of purchasing and maintaining the physical fax machine.
