For ALL:

  1. Open Outlook or Outlook Web Access (OWA)
  2. Click the Calendar icon in the bottom left of Outlook or in OWA

Mac:

  1. Below My Calendars on the left hand side, right click on the “Harvard” calendar:
  2. Choose Sharing Permissions… from the drop down menu
  3. Click the Add User… button
  4. Begin typing the name of the user you wish to share your calendar with
  5. Select the name of the User Account from the list and click Add
  6. In the “Permission Level:” drop down, select the level of permissions to grant

  7. Click OK and confirm with the other party that they can access your calendar

PC:

  1. In the ribbon, select Calendar Permissions
  2. Click Add…

  1. Search for the user you wish to add permissions to and select them
  2. Click Add-> and then OK
  3. In the “Permission Level:” drop down, select the level of permissions to grant
  4. Click Apply and then OK and confirm the other party has access to your calendar

 

OWA:

  1. In the top ribbon, click Share and then click Calendar in the drop down menu
  2. In the search field, start typing the name of the person or account you wish to share your calendar with, and select them
  3. Once selected, choose the level of permissions you wish to grant
  4. Once you have selected the permissions level, click the Share button
  5. Click Done in the top left and confirm that the other party can see your calendar
