Seeking a Teaching Assistant for Tufts undergrad class, American Conservatism. The TA will be expected to attend one lecture a week (Mon/Wed. at 9-10:20 am), hold one office hour per week, grade papers, and teach one session on legal conservatism. Pay is about $6,000 for the semester. Applicants should demonstrate study of/commitment to conservative, center-right, or libertarian thought and should feel comfortable representing those movements to students.

Class description: With readings drawn from philosophy, psychology, political science, and economics – with a mix of scholarly and non-scholarly sources – the question of this class is: what does it mean to be a conservative in America?
