The International Human Rights Clinic seeks a fall RA to research evidence around the prevalence of violations of public international law and how effective use of force has been in achieving its stated aims, as well as looking at initiatives through which civil society, courts, and coalitions of states have pushed back against ongoing pressure on protections enshrined in international law. The required time commitment is approximately eight hours a week. Interested students should send a resume and statement of interest to Federica Du Pasquier (fdupasquier@law.harvard.edu) by Friday September 11.
