The RA will help update lecture materials and slides to reflect recent developments in federal tax procedure, track and summarize relevant cases and IRS guidance, and help maintain and organize course materials. The RA may also assist with developing and revising hypotheticals.

Qualifications: Strong interest in tax law and procedure; Prefer completion of (or current enrollment) in Taxation. Prior Tax Litigation Clinic experience a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.

Starting immediately and running through the end of the Spring semester. Hours TBD, up to 15 hours per week in earlier weeks. Scheduling flexible.
