Visiting Professor of Law John Infranca seeks a research assistant for this fall semester to help with research on two projects:
- A presentation on the 100th Anniversary of Euclid v. Ambler Realty, the Supreme Court decision that upheld zoning. This research would be historical in nature, acquiring, reviewing, and summarizing materials.
- Research on the use of property rights rhetoric in debates over zoning reform. The RA would review records of public meetings on development projects and legislative records in state houses related to reform bills for discussions of property rights and related concepts.
Interested students should send a resume, cover letter, and a short writing sample to Professor Infranca at jinfranca@law.harvard.edu by September 11, 2026.
