Leah Plunkett, Meyer Research Lecturer on Law, is searching for a research assistant, 2-4 hours per week, to support (1) research on child influencer laws, state social media and related online safety & privacy laws (with a focus on youth and families), and pending federal privacy statutory reform, and (2) research into the legal, historical, and cultural dimensions of McCarthy-era investigations into loyalty in the federal workforce and in Hollywood. This position would begin work as soon as the individual is cleared by HR and last through the end of this spring semester.
