Professor Andrew Mergen, Faculty Director of the Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic, is looking for a summer research assistant. Professor Mergen welcomes applications from students with an interest in Environmental Law, Natural Resources Law and Environmental and Legal History. Duties will include research on public lands, wildland fire, and the Endangered Species Act, as well as cite checking and proofing.
The start date is as soon as possible, and the end date is flexible. The research assistant will be paid at the standard HLS hourly rate and will work about an average of 10-12 hours/week. Applicants must possess outstanding academic credentials as well as excellent research and writing skills.
