- 2Ls and 3Ls must be registered for at least 8 HLS credits and the cross-registered course must convert to at least 2 HLS credits to meet the 10-credit minimum residency requirement.
- JD students who want to cross-register at another school during winter term need prior approval from the Registrar’s Office (registrar@law.harvard.edu). Upon submitting their cross-registration petition, LLM students will need to be approved by their advisor in the Graduate Program.
