The Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic has space available for a small number of additional students in the spring 2021 semester. Potential projects include (a) working with an international NGO on developing U.S. corporate and securities law strategies related to overseas coal plant investments, (b) drafting a petition for rulemaking to the Environmental Protection Agency, (c) filing amicus briefs in cases involving federal climate and pesticides policies, and (d) working with tribes on energy and environmental issues.
