Harvard Law School Professor Charles Ogletree ’78 recently conversed with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer ’64 at the 2009 Aspen Ideas Festival. The discussion, which aired on Minnesota Public Radio on July 15, covered Breyer’s work on the Court.

Breyer took a seat on the Supreme Court in 1994, after he was nominated by President Bill Clinton. Before that, he served as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He was also a professor at Harvard Law School for nearly three decades.

Ogletree is the Jesse Climenko Professor of Law at HLS and is the founding and executive director of the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race and Justice.
