This Friday, Feb. 23, experts from across the country will convene at Harvard Law School to examine the legal issues surrounding two controversial topics: violence in sports and college sports betting. Harvard Law Professor Paul Weiler, a well-known sports law expert, will kick off the event by delivering opening remarks at 2 pm in Langdell Hall.
There will also be a keynote address by Elsa Cole, general counsel for the NCAA, and two panel discussions with sports, entertainment, legal, and academic experts. The schedule of events is as follows. (All speeches and panels to take place in Langdell South).

2:45 pm — “Violence and Sports: On and Off the Field” (panel discussion)
4:30 pm — “Should Gambling on College Sports be Banned?” (panel discussion)
