Nariman has been awarded the Judge Irving R. Kaufman Fellowship and the Harpreet Nehal LL.M. ’93
Public Service Venture Fund to work at Legal Action Worldwide (LAW) in New York City.

Nariman graduated from the University of Oslo in 2024 with a Master of Laws degree. Before coming
to Harvard Law School, she worked at the Norwegian Parliamentary Ombud in Oslo. During her studies, Nariman interned at several of Norway’s leading law firms and at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Amman, where she focused on human rights issues in Iraq and Jordan. She also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Oslo and represented Norway in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

At Harvard Law School, Nariman further specialized in public international law and international criminal law. She worked as a Student Attorney at the International Human Rights Clinic, where she focused on issues relating to Ukraine. She also served as LL.M. Representative of the Harvard International Law Journal and organized a talk on the Yazidis featuring Professors Alex Whiting and Ioannis Kalpouzos.

At LAW, Nariman will work in the litigation department, which brings cases before international and
domestic courts on behalf of survivors in conflict contexts.
