PSVF Fellow: Devanshi Nishar (J.D. ’26)

Devanshi will spend her fellowship year with the Electronic Frontier Foundation. There, she will contribute to EFF’s litigation work to defend civil rights and civil liberties in a digital world.

While at HLS, Devanshi was a Submissions Managing Editor for the Journal of Law & Technology and a clinical student with the Cyberlaw Clinic and the Criminal Justice Appellate Clinic. During her summers, she interned with the Legal Aid Society’s Digital Forensics Unit and the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. 

Devanshi graduated from Brown University with an ScB in Computer Science.
