PSVF Fellow: Kieran Murphy (J.D. ’26)

Kieran Murphy is a Langer Fellow and will spend his fellowship year with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, Office of the Solicitor General. In this role, he will contribute to briefing in appeals in D.C. and federal court and help coordinate the Office’s amicus practice.

While in law school, Kieran was a clinical student in the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic, a board member of the Harvard Law School Immigration Project, Book Reviews Chair of the Harvard Law Review, and an article selection editor on the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. He spent his summers working in international human rights litigation at International Rights Advocates and Native American tribal representation at Sonosky, Chambers, Sachse, Endreson & Perry, LLP.

Prior to law school, Kieran was an associate with the Community Development Bankers Association, the nonprofit trade association for community development banks. He also spent a year as an English language assistant in Jaén, Spain. Kieran graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in Politics.
