European Court of Human Rights

Katie Super will spend the next year completing a traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.
Along with PSVF, she has received a Frederick Sheldon Traveling Fellowship to investigate the ECtHR’s approach to evolving human rights issues such as climate change. While at HLS, Katie served on the executive boards of the Harvard Law and Political Economy Association (HLPE) and HLS Lambda. She participated in the Harvard International Human Rights Clinic and the Housing Law Clinic, completing over 1,000 hours of pro bono service. Over her summers, she interned at Minority Rights Group International in London and the Sex Workers Project at the Urban Justice Center in NYC. Katie graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina with a degree in Politics and International Affairs in 2018.
She is originally from the Kansas City area. In addition to English, Katie speaks Spanish and French and enjoys fresh air, live music, and black coffee.
