Hear firsthand from Judge William G. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Judge Young received an A.B. from Harvard University and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School and later served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Raymond S. Wilkins of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Among other roles, he has served in private practice, as a special assistant attorney general of Massachusetts, as chief counsel to the Governor of Massachusetts, and as an associate justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court. He has also taught evidence and trial advocacy at several local law schools, including Harvard.
