Subject: Harvard Law School – Important Preview Date Change and Policy Reminder

Hello,

We write to inform you of an important EIP Preview update and to remind you of our policies, specifically as they pertain to the Preview program.   

First, employers will now receive resumes and transcripts for students from OCS by the close of business on June 15, five days earlier than scheduled.   

Second, in keeping with our Employer Recruiting Policies and Guidelines, you should not solicit or accept applications from our students for any early consideration program outside of Harvard Law’s Preview program. This restriction includes students you may have previously recruited for 1L summer positions. Instead, you may encourage interested students to apply to your firm through our Preview program. As a reminder, our Policies prohibit employers participating in EIP from conducting any screening or callback interviews before EIP Preview.  

We encourage you to review our Employer Recruiting Policies and Guidelines, which may have some terms unique to Harvard Law School.
