As part of an email notifying you of a callback, some firms may request additional documents, including a cover letter or GPA information, or they may send you an assessment link or ask you to fill out an online application. You should not submit a cover letter. If you are completing an online application and need to upload a cover letter, simply upload a document that says “No cover letter per HLS policy” or a blank document. If you are asked for a GPA, leave it blank if you can or enter 9.9. If you are asked to complete a government compliance survey (typically done in advance of your interview), note that these are optional and do not need to be completed unless you want to do so. Not completing them will have no impact on your candidacy. If you are asked to complete a psychometric assessment, we recommend reviewing our page on these assessments before completing one.
