Should I Bid on Firms I Applied to Directly?

If you applied directly to a firm already, you may be wondering if you should use an EIP Resume Collection Bid on that firm. When selecting firms to bid on for the EIP Resume Collection, remember:

• If you have had (or been invited to) a screener or callback interview with a firm for 2L summer, you should NOT bid on that employer for EIP.
• If you applied to a firm directly and have not yet been invited to interview by the firm, you may bid on that firm for EIP if you remain interested. Doing so ensures the firm will see your application in their Harvard candidate packet.
