The second annual Harvard-Wharton Insolvency and Restructuring Conference will take place September 20-21, 2024 in Cambridge, MA.

Description

The Harvard-Wharton Insolvency and Restructuring Conference aims to be the premier academic conference for students of leveraged finance, distress, bankruptcy, and restructuring. The event will feature works-in-progress from researchers in law, finance, accounting, economics, management, and other disciplines, along with commentary from practitioners in the worlds of leveraged finance and restructuring.

The conference will be held at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA, from the morning of Friday, Sept. 20 , through early afternoon of Saturday, Sept. 21. A reception and conference dinner will follow Friday’s academic proceedings.

There is no registration fee, but we do ask that you register by June 30, 2024.

Paper Submissions

Abstracts for paper submissions will be due by April 30, 2024.  For accepted papers, full paper drafts will be due on September 4, 2024.
