But what if being able to understand and empathize with those who hold different views begins with exploring our own stories of growth and transformation? Rachel Viscomi is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Harvard Law School and the Director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program (HNMCP). She runs the Harvard Dispute Systems Design Clinic, training law students to become problem-solving lawyers, while supporting clients to rethink the way they manage conflict within their organizations.
