Space Law with Milbank

The Harvard Space Law Society is hosting an event with Milbank about practicing space law as a BigLaw attorney. Private firms represent clients in the space sector work on novel industry-specific legal issues such as the integration of terrestrial and satellite communications as well as issue areas recognized as a staple of private legal practice such as M&A, intellectual property, and capital markets. In conversation with attorneys from Milbank’s Transportation and Space practice area, this event will discuss the ins and outs of space industry lawyering at a private firm.
