Please join us for a lunch talk with Byron McLain from the Black Alumni Network and Foley & Lardner LA. Byron will be telling the story of Bruce’s Beach—a beachfront property in LA that was illegally seized from a Black family in 1924. Just last year, after a century-long fight, the Bruce family had their land returned.
Lunch will be provided.
