OPIA’s Public Service Leader Workshop I: Inner Critic

You know the voice. That one inside you that shames you into not participating in class or tells you not to bother applying for that competitive internship. During this lightening (i.e. 40 minute!) workshop, we will get to know our inner critics, interrogate where they come from and what they say to us, and start learning how to manage them. Learning to identify and manage our inner critics, and how to recognize others who are struggling with their own self-criticism, is a key leadership skill. Come prepared to get vulnerable with your fellow PSLers as we build our leadership toolkit together!
